2010 Babbitt Rosé


 


Wine Background

Named after a family friend who appreciated his Rosé´, this wine is fermented in stainless steel to retain the distinct fruit character. So, some warm summer evening raise a glass to Babbitt, and wash away the heat with a cool crisp bottle of what he used to call “the pink stuff.”

Notes

Cherries and strawberries come gushing out of the glass followed by hibiscus tea. Babbitt has a subtle sweetness balanced by wonderful acidity. This wine is made for a barbeque or just a fine evening of relaxing.
