Notes
It begins beautifully with minerals, black cherry, and a slightly earthy tomato leaf note (like a tomato plant on a hot summer day near an herb garden with fennel plants going to seed). The texture of the wine is elegant and focused on the attention-grabbing-pop of ripe blackberry and plum with a lingering floral finish. We make this wine with indigenous yeast and malolactic cultures; showcasing the fruit's unique location and the particular vintage.
