EFESTĒ is proudly owned by Helen and Daniel Ferrelli, daughter Angela, and son-in-law Kevin Taylor. Daniel, with Italian roots, and Helen, from Greek heritage, have long appreciated gathering with family and friends over food even before they married as high school sweethearts.

With Mark Fiore as our esteemed winemaker, our exceptional wines are produced using grapes sourced from the finest regions in Washington. We source fruit from our Estate vineyards in the renowned Red Mountain and Yakima Valley AVAs. Our winemaking process is focused on creating wines with minimal intervention, using native fermentation and low oxygenation techniques.

The Big Papa Legacy:

Among our esteemed wines stands Big Papa Cabernet Sauvignon, a tribute to Daniel Ferrelli’s grandfather. The name “Big Papa” is passed down to the eldest Ferrelli Patriarche, making Daniel our beloved “Current” Big Papa. Big Papa pays homage, made from the best cabernet sauvignon sourced from White Bluffs AVA, this old vine cabernet embodies the quality of Washington wine. With each sip, you’re enjoying a wine and embracing a legacy—a testament to the enduring spirit of family and tradition.
