Our Food, Events & Catering program is now led by Madrid-born Chef, Jason McClure, former executive chef at long-standing Pike Place Market institution Matt’s in the Market, and creator of the ‘Whole Hog’ Charcuterie program. Together with the EFESTE, Chef McClure offers thoughtfully created small plates to pair with EFESTE’s award-winning wines.
