Celebrating 20 Years at our Italian Summer Party
Raise a glass with us this Saturday, July 26, as we celebrate 20 years of EFESTĒ with an evening of food, wine, music, and memories inspired by our Italian roots and winemaking legacy! During the night, enjoy Italian-inspired eats such as our woodfired pizzas as well as Yiayia’s famous meatball sliders, aperitivo antipasti meats & cheeses, and more. We’ll have all of your favorite EFESTĒ wines for sale by the glass along with our special Oldfield Estate Frosé and frozen Sparkling White Slush with Aperol float.
We’re proud to be supporting Treehouse for the night, an organization uplifting youth in foster care in King County, through our drawing as well as our game tickets. Games will include putt-putt, ring toss, and Roulette, where you can win extra entries for our drawing items, wine, and more! You can also buy tickets directly for our drawing. Drawing Item 1: Two 2018 Magnums
Our first drawing item includes one 2018 Paulie GSM 1.5L magnum and one 2018 Taylor Mag Estate Cabernet Sauvignon magnum.
2018 Paulie
This co-fermented blend is 42% Mourvèdre, 33% Grenache, and 25% Syrah, grown together in Block One of Stonetree vineyard in Wahluke Slope AVA and natively fermented in concrete. Flavors of boysenberries, plums, and spice lead way to a leathery-smooth mouthfeel and a lengthy finish that leaves you wanting more. This one has only gotten better with age!
2018 Taylor Mag
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon gets its name from the vineyard in which it’s sourced: our Taylor Mag Estate in the Red Mountain AVA. This wine is full of black fruits, baking spice, and cedar, with a hint of minerality reminiscent of crushed gravel and dried herbs. Medium tannins and acid with a long and satisfying finish.
Drawing Item 2: Winemaker’s Reserve 6-bottle Box
Our second drawing item is our 2025 Winemaker’s Reserve allocation. This 6-bottle box is normally an exclusive to our Gold and Silver Club Members, and includes our unreleased limited-production 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
Wines included in the 2025 Winemaker’s Reserve Box: 2022 Knight Commander, 2022 Petit Verdot, 2022 Estate Grenache, 2021 Upright Merlot, & 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
Drawing Item 3: La Familia Wine Collection
Our third drawing item is a 6 bottle collection of some of our most popular wines named for core members of the Ferrelli/Taylor family. This collection comes in a beautiful EFESTĒ branded wooden box along with 4 Yeti 10oz wine tumblers.
Wines included in the La Familia Wine Collection: 2021 Eleni Syrah, 2021 Tough Guy Red Wine, 2021 Paulie GSM, 2021 Angie Blanc de Blancs, 2022 Taylor Mag Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, & 2022 Big Papa Cabernet Sauvignon.
Drawing Item 4: Tasting & Tour for Ten
Our last drawing item is a tasting and tour at our Woodinville Tasting Room and Production facility for 10 people. Taste through 6 of our 90+ Point wines while you enjoy chef-selected meats and cheeses on our antipasto charcuterie plate, followed by your choice of 5 of any of our woodfire pizzas!
During the tasting, one of our knowledgeable team members will take you on a tour of the winery and production facility while they talk you through our winemaking processes and maybe even let you in on some little-known industry secrets!
