Celebrating Washington Wine Month
August is Washington Wine Month, or “WAugust”, where for 31 days we celebrate the unique landscapes, varietals, and flavors that make up Washington wine! The history of wine in Washington runs deep, from the very first grapes planted in 1825 to over 1050+ licensed wineries who call the Evergreen State home today. Take a look at some of the most important historical dates that make up the history of wine in Washington.
